This Privacy Policy describes the privacy practices of Loews Hotels, LLC and its subsidiaries and affiliates (collectively, "Loews," "we", "us" and/or "our"). This Privacy Policy describes how we handle personal information we collect online (e.g., through our websites and mobile apps), and offline (e.g., at our properties or through customer support hotlines and in-person promotional activities) in connection with providing our services (collectively, the "Services"). This Privacy Policy explains the types of personal information we collect and process about individuals ("you") in connection with our Services, how we may use and share the information and the choices that are available to you with respect to our handling of personal information about you.

We may train and use AI tools with user information for certain business purposes, such as to analyze and tailor user experiences and activities, to improve the efficiency, quality, and speed of our business operations, to support communications with customers (such as a chatbot), to generate business content, and to provide more personalized experiences and marketing, but our Services don’t use AI tools in any manner that could be expected to negatively impact customers in a material or unlawful manner.

We may also use or share information in an anonymized or otherwise aggregated manner for many purposes such as research, analysis, AI training, modeling, marketing, and advertising, as well as improvement of our Services.

To the extent we rely on consent for the processing of your personal information, we will seek such consent at the time we collect your personal information or otherwise when we need such consent.

  • Special Programs: On occasion, Loews may offer programs, activities, events, or promotions ("Special Programs") that have specific terms, privacy notices, and/or consent forms that explain how any personal information you provide will be processed in connection with the Special Program. We do not share your text message program enrollment or consent with third parties for their own purposes. Where appropriate, we will limit sharing of your information in accordance with the choices you have provided to us and applicable law.

As described in our Terms, where available, if you request a Digital Key in order to access your hotel room and hotel facilities with your mobile device instead of a physical key, you may be required to verify your identity in-person at the hotel (e.g., by presenting acceptable government issued identification) or remotely through a third party identify verification provider, who may independently require acceptable government issued identification coupled with a face scan and device location information or other similar verification information in order to validate your request, subject to the verification provider's separate governing terms and privacy disclosures. You are not required to obtain a Digital Key for your reservation, and participation is always voluntary.

  • Text messages: If you consent to receive text messages from us or enroll in such a program, you will receive updates via text unless you opt-out of the text message program. These messages may be unencrypted. Message frequency may vary based on the Services. If at any time you would like to stop receiving text message notifications, please text “STOP” in reply to our message, we will send you a reply message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed and you will no longer receive messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending messages to you again. If at any time you forget what keywords are supported, just text “HELP” back to us and we will respond with instructions on how to use our service as well as how to unsubscribe.
  • Cookies: Web browsers may offer users the ability to disable receiving certain types of cookies; however, if cookies are disabled, some features or functionality of our websites and mobile apps may not function correctly.
  • Targeted Advertising: We may potentially work with advertising services who collect information about your online activities and provide you with choices regarding the use of your browsing behavior for purposes of targeted advertising.
  • User Account: You may access or update your profile information by accessing your account through our Services. You may terminate your user account by contacting us as provided below. We may retain account information for internal purposes and as otherwise provided in this Privacy Policy and our Terms.

State Specific Rights

(A) Privacy Requests

In addition to the other rights described above, individual customers residing in certain states (and anyone residing in California) may be able to exercise additional privacy rights as described below. We are not subject to such laws in all states, so if you make any of the privacy requests described below, we will respond as required by applicable law, and otherwise in our discretion.

  • You may request a copy of the following: (1) the categories of personal information Loews collected about you; (2) the categories of sources from which the personal information is collected; (3) the business or commercial purpose for collecting or selling (if applicable) the personal information; (4) the categories (or in some states, the identity) of third parties with whom Loews shared personal information; and (5) the specific pieces of personal information Loews collected about you.
  • You may request that Loews correct your personal information if it is inaccurate.
  • You may request that Loews delete your personal information. Note that deletion requests are subject to a number of limitations, for example, Loews may keep personal information as permitted by law, such as for tax or other record keeping purposes, to maintain an active account, to process transactions and facilitate customer requests, and for other internal business purposes consistent with the terms under which it was collected and applicable law.
  • You may opt out of (i) any selling or sharing of your personal information to a third party (excluding service providers or other exceptions permitted by law); and (ii) any third-party targeted advertising (i.e., cross-context behavioral advertising).

Corporate Financial Incentives. Loews offers corporate customers (e.g., more than 10 rooms) the opportunity to participate in the Loews Corporate MVP Rewards program, which may provide benefits, including discounted rates on stays, as well as the opportunity to earn points that can be redeemed for discounted or free stays or other items, to those who choose to join. In order to provide these offerings, Loews collects certain types of Personal Information from corporate customers who participate, including the types of Personal Information described in this Privacy Policy. International Privacy

Our Services are typically operated by us from the United States ("US").
